Update: After writing my original review the company reached out to see what they could do to make things right. They offered a replacement at no cost or a full refund. I had already purchased another watch not on Amazon, so I chose the refund.
I would say 5 star for standing behind their product and trying to make things right.
For the specific watch I received I would still say 1 star, however I could have gotten a one off with the one I recieved.
So the elephant in the room, would I buy anither one, possibly a diffrent model. I would say for you to give it a try, but be aware of possible issues. For the price point give it a try
I adjusted my 1 star review to 4 stars due to them reaching out and attempting to make things right, can't do 5 stars because I would still be cautious and the particular item I received had issues. That doesn't mean yours will.

At first was very happy with the watch look, feel and function (learning curve on settings). I was able to charge with no issues at first. Then after a couple months it started to get more difficult to get the charging cable to connect properly. Now I am not able to get the cable to connect to charge. I have even purchased replacement cables thinking maybe that was the issue. No success. So, now I have a paperweight.
There were other issues that I was moving beyond, but worth mentioning. Very difficult to run a Bluetooth speaker while the watch is connected. I had to disable the controls in the settings, but it caused pretty much everything to stop working like call answer and text notifications.
I know it was not a top-of-the-line watch that was hundreds of dollars, but I would have expected it to last more than 4-5 months.
