What will they think of next? I'm in the Andes mountains of Colombia and this watch is incredible. Tells me the weather, my blood pressure, pace, pulse. It came in an elegant box with all accessories, 2 bands, tool for making the metal band bigger or smaller. I prefer the rubber band. You have to love today's technology,

I bought this watch because I wanted a smartwatch I thought for the price it might be a little flimsy but it's rugged does everything it's supposed to do works great I absolutely love it

Update: After writing my original review the company reached out to see what they could do to make things right. They offered a replacement at no cost or a full refund. I had already purchased another watch not on Amazon, so I chose the refund.
I would say 5 star for standing behind their product and trying to make things right.
For the specific watch I received I would still say 1 star, however I could have gotten a one off with the one I recieved.
So the elephant in the room, would I buy anither one, possibly a diffrent model. I would say for you to give it a try, but be aware of possible issues. For the price point give it a try
I adjusted my 1 star review to 4 stars due to them reaching out and attempting to make things right, can't do 5 stars because I would still be cautious and the particular item I received had issues. That doesn't mean yours will.
Original Review:
At first was very happy with the watch look, feel and function (learning curve on settings). I was able to charge with no issues at first. Then after a couple months it started to get more difficult to get the charging cable to connect properly. Now I am not able to get the cable to connect to charge. I have even purchased replacement cables thinking maybe that was the issue. No success. So, now I have a paperweight.
There were other issues that I was moving beyond, but worth mentioning. Very difficult to run a Bluetooth speaker while the watch is connected. I had to disable the controls in the settings, but it caused pretty much everything to stop working like call answer and text notifications.
I know it was not a top-of-the-line watch that was hundreds of dollars, but I would have expected it to last more than 4-5 months.

When I got the watch, it did not have any of the included straps already attached. It came with a steel band and a plastic one. The bands are easy to attach and don't need any special tools to do so. The watch has a good weight and feel. The watch has many usable functions and using the free app syncs with my phone easily. There is a bit of a learning curve but is mostly intuitive.

First things first. This watch isn’t quite as smart as I was hoping for. I normally wear an Apple Watch Ultra, but for reasons need a smart watch without built in GPS and Cell.
The Good:
– battery life is as advertised, it can go days without being charged.
– Also, the watch is very responsive to touch and has some good features that make it a solid buy if you’re not used to another true smart watch.
– The screen is bright a very readable.
– I’m not doing anything crazy with the watch, but it seems durable.
The Bad:
– my iPhone doesn’t recognize this as a watch, but as a speaker. SO, when connected to my phone all sound goes through the watch. This is more than a little frustrating when trying to listen to music and it moves from my headphones to the watch without warning.
– I was hoping for a level of integration with the Health and Fitness apps on the iPhone, but only got a portion of that. There isn’t any interaction with the fitness app (tested on a long Disney park day), but it does collect step for health.
– following the issue with the headphones, I cannot get the phone to disconnect form the watch without shutting it down. Very strange.

Had this a few weeks. Does not integrate well with apple phone/health. Activities are a joke. I just ended up using outdoor walk for tracking any fitness training including elliptical, indoor treadmill, and weight training. BUT the most annoying thing is my phone only ringing on watch, music suddenly switching from my Echo to watch, and other random noise from watch. Stopped using it a few days ago and just letting battery die. To little value and too many annoyances with it.

Wife purchased the watch for me as a gift. Watch is well made, easy to operate and has the functions I need for a smart watch.
Metal band was a bit small and the vendor provided (free of charge) a kit to extend the band.
While waiting on extension, I was easily able to wear the watch with the sports band.
