TOB115 V2.0 Outgoing Call Blocker is compatible with regular landline phones. It can NOT work with IP Phones, Digital Phones, Fixed Wireless Phones and Telephones with Pulse Dialing.As default, TOB115 V2.0 allows to call any phone number. So if users want to use Allow mode(allow to call some certain phone #s/ area codes/ prefixes), you have to block call to all numbers firstly.If blocking phone numbers/ area codes/ prefixes can not work properly, please try redirect mode instead, redirect the calls to your cell phone. E.g.: User has programmed the device to block call to 911, but when user dials 911, the telephone set in the police office might still ring once or twice and then cut down the call. You may try redirect mode. So if someone dial 911, it will redirect the call to your cell phone.Some local phone systems in the US route 91X and even 9XX calls to 911 automatically. In this case, please try to block or intercept prefix “91” or “9” instead of “911”. This means 91X or 9XX will be blocked/ intercepted.In some states, there are laws prohibit blocking 911 calls. Please make sure you are not violating the laws.

What is the improvement for TOB115 V2.0?(Compare to TOB115)

Storage capacity: TOB115 can store only 6 groups of phone #s as block list, 6 groups of allow list numbers and 6 groups of redirect list numbers; TOB115 V2.0 can store up to 64 groups of block list numbers, 64 groups of allow list numbers and 32 groups of redirect list numbers.The max length of each group of number: TOB115 is 8-digit; TOB115 V2.0 is 16-digit. For TOB115, if the phone number is more than 8 digits, users can only program the first 8-digit as prefix; while users can program the exact phone number for TOB115 V2.0. Auto deletion function in redirect mode: TOB115 V2.0 support auto deleting the numers that users dial. Some local phone system can not automatically determine the valid length of a phone number, so if there are some more digits after a phone number, the system will judge it as a wrong number and disconnect. The auto deletion function of TOB115 V2.0 can avoid such problem.User Manual: Based on the function improvements, the user manual of TOB115 V2.0 is more clear for users to understand and program. Users can program the blocker to block to call all #s, but allow to call some certain phone #s/ area codes/ prefixes.Users can also program it to block to call some certain area code, but allow to call some phone #s within the area code.Up to 64 groups of phone #s/ area codes/prefixes can be set as allow list.The max length of each group is 16 digits.

Redirect Mode

Users can program the blocker to intercept some certain phone #s/ area codes/ prefixes that users dial, redirect the call to an object phone #(such as cell phone number).The phone #s/ area codes/ prefixes that users dial will be deleted automatically.Up to 32 groups of phone #s/ area codes/prefixes can be set as redirect list.The max length of each group is 16 digits.
