Why can’t my device connect to the speaker?

1.Make sure the Bluetooth mode of your device is turned on.

2.Your bluetooth device may be out of range.Try moving it closer to the speaker.

3.Move your bluetooth device and/or the speaker away from other devices that generate electromagnetic interference,such as phones,microwave oven,wireless network routers,or other bluetooth devices.

Is the speaker waterproof?

Our bluetooth speakers feature IPX6 waterproof rating, all-round waterproof, even the USB charging port is waterproof, but please be sure the USB charging port is dry before charging the speaker.

Why does the speaker have no power?

Make sure your speaker is turned on. Makes sure your speaker is completely charged.

Why does the speaker have no sound?

Make sure the volume of your speaker is not at the minimum setting. Make sure the connected audio device is playing audio.

Why do Bluetooth speakers have different playback durations?

The battery performance fluctuates depending on actual usage such as volume, lighting, temperature, and so on. When the lights are off, the M18 speaker can play for 20 hours at 50% volume; when the lights are on, it can play for 12 hours at 50% volume.
