What you need to pay attention to thing when using CVM-VM10II camera microphone:

1.CVM-VM10II mic comes with a 3.5mmTRS cable(For camera) and a 3.5mmTRRS cable(For smartphone),If the interface of your device is not 3.5mm input, you need an adapter to connet the microphone.

2. When the Mic works with Iphone 7 or other phone with Lightning Audio input, you need to connect with the original adapter cable.

3.For the IOS system smartphone (Iphone), the Mic works well either in Audio or Video mode.But for the Android system smartphone, the Mic works well in Audio Mode; While in video mode , please try to use the video APP from the 3rd party if you find your smartphone doesn’t work.
