work with Mac：choose this device for sound in and out, in System Preferences.

work with Zoom and Teams: please select this mic and speaker in the Device Settings–Audio Devices / Microphone.

Bluetooth Dongle is optional,

1: if the PC has bluetooth function, just pair SP300 with the internal bluetooth,

2: if the PC does not have Bluetooth function, please plug the dongle to your PC and try to pair with SP300.

3: if the PC has bluetooth function, and you still want to use the dongle, first please disale the PC’s bluetooth, then try to pair the dongle with SP300

Please make sure your PC or other devices have the most updated Bluetooth driver if you can not connect with SP300, if the latest Bluetooth driver still can not work, and the bluetooth connection dropped a few times, please use with a Bluetooth Dongle.
