Elite Forces 2.0The Elite Forces 2.0 Shoulder Strengthening System is purely designed to provide significant improvements in shoulder strength and mobility, but it is also designed for safety. Each 4KOR cord is wrapped with a strong nylon sleeve that protects the band from damage, overstretching, and also protects you if the band snaps during use. A permanent handle is built-in to each cord, with a built-in carabiner on the other end. When it comes to strengthening your shoulders for CrossFit, baseball, golf, swimming, or tennis, this is the most effective tool.
Build Shoulder and Core Strength and Stability – The 4KOR Elite Forces Strength System is designed to be a convenient system to improve shoulder and core strength and stability. This system includes 3 different resistance levels (7lbs, 12lbs, and 17lbs), with 2 cords per resistance level, for a total of 6 resistance cords, each cord contains a built-in rubber gripped handle. System also includes 1 door strap anchor, 2 power rack anchors, 2 exercise charts, and a carrying bag.
Improve Upper Body and Core Performance – This system includes 2 exercise charts developed with Dr. Teddy Willsey DPT. 1 double sided exercise chart includes carefully selected shoulder training exercises while the other double sided exercise chart includes carefully selected core training exercises. These exercises are designed not only to help improve strength and stability, but sports performance as well.
Most Durable Hole and Plug Connection – The hole and plug connection between the resistance tube and the end members is designed to be safe and durable. Able to withstand thousands of repetitions. Each resistance tube is wrapped in a high strength protective sleeve that protects the cord from the sun, over-stretching, and injury in case the band snaps during use.
Convenient System Ready To Use Immediately – This system includes everything you’ll need to start reducing pain and improving shoulder strength and performance right away.
